Service Technician
Skytrac, Inc. is seeking Seeking a service technician to help grow our Service Department.
JOB SUMMARY
Job duties include visiting ski resorts, troubleshooting and repairing ski lifts in the field, selling parts and working with all department managers as needed. Travel is required. This position is based at our office in Salt Lake City, UT. Prior lift maintenance experience required and NDT level II preferred. Ski Lift Construction Project Manager (All Positions Full)
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES and SKILLS required:
• OSHA compliance on jobsites including PPE use, training and inspection
• Safety compliance, training for crew and documentation of training etc.
• Willing and able to travel for extended periods of time to complete projects
• Planning, time management, communication, leadership skills and computer use
• Crew management (hiring, reviews, documentation, training etc.)
• Aerial transportation construction/ demolition skills, competencies and best practices
• Able to read and interpret foundation, profile and assembly drawings
• Rigging, cable work, crane and helicopter operations as related to ski lift construction
• Structural concrete construction (rebar tying, form construction, bolt cage alignment, concrete pouring from a variety of methods: helicopter, boom/ line pump, conveyor, chute)
• Earthwork, excavation, surveying including alignment using offset hubs, as built measurements
Job requirements/ Qualifications: (We are willing to work with and train the right person)
• At least 5 years of lift construction experience OR more than 6 years Lift Maintenance experience with previous construction experience
• Previous supervisory experience
• Advanced knowledge of ski lift installation techniques, Ski lift regulations and Industry best practices
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid drivers license
• Ability to attain certifications related to lift construction

General Construction Employees (All Positions Full)
JOB SUMMARY
Duties may include general labor for lift demolition/ removal, foundation excavation, structural concrete, form construction, rebar tying, concrete pouring, steel installation, equipment operation, rigging, helicopter operations, general assembling and installation of ski lifts, tows and or Wyssen avalanche exploders equipment. Employees are expected to work well with others, follow direction, and assist the project manager in completion of the project. They should have 2 yr. experience in construction field or ski industry. Previous ski lift experience preferred. Must have a valid driver’s license. Must be willing to work long hours 10-hour days, 6-7 days a week. Must be willing to work in all weather conditions, high elevations up to 13,000’ and at heights of up to 80’. This is a very physical job that is quite demanding but also very rewarding. Spend your summer on the mountain learning new skills, having fun and making great money while doing it.

Electrical and Hydraulic Technician
Skytrac Inc. is seeking an Electrical and Hydraulic Tension. This position will report to the Electrical Manager and will have the responsibility of building/wiring electrical and hydraulic systems.
JOB SUMMARY
- Read, follow, and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics.
- Build and wire electrical and hydraulic systems.
- Install and test systems in the field.
- Field wiring, involves heights and travel. Assist in system start up.
- We are willing to train people who may not be ready for all of the above tasks.
- Position has opportunity for advancement to include advanced troubleshooting, service work, PLC programming.

• Ensure the quality of work done.
• Maintaining a safe and organized work area.
• Set a good example/ positive influence for all employees.
• Work with supervisor to meet production goals.
• Move completed work to next work center.
• Perform tasks outside of job description as required by supervisor.
• Has 2 years minimum welding experience.
• Able to pass in house 3G weld test.
• Understanding of fit up and welding techniques.
• Able to set up own machine for all welding conditions.
• Self motivated.
• Able to read drawings. Understanding of welding symbols.
• Required to work in shop environment where hazards exist.
• Required to work overtime when deadlines must be met.
• Able to lift heavy objects repeatedly.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.

• Ability to maintain CNC machines.

• Able to stand for long periods of time.
