OVERALL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: The Project Manager oversees a construction project from planning stages, construction in the field through load test/ punch list completion and demobilization. The Project Manager oversees a crew of 2 to 15 personnel depending on the specific project. They are responsible for hiring, training, and managing their construction crew for the project. The Project Manager must ensure the conduct and results of their team is satisfactory for Skytrac and our clients. They control the construction methods and techniques used daily in the field to complete each task. They are the representative of the Construction department in the field, make decisions about the project daily and are in charge of the project in the field. They work closely with management, subcontractors, customers, and fellow coworkers including other departments. Excellent communication skills are mandatory.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES and SKILLS required:
• OSHA compliance on jobsites including PPE use, training and inspection
• Safety compliance, training for crew and documentation of training etc.
• Willing and able to travel for extended periods of time to complete projects
• Planning, time management, communication, leadership skills and computer use
• Crew management (hiring, reviews, documentation, training etc.)
• Aerial transportation construction/ demolition skills, competencies and best practices
• Able to read and interpret foundation, profile and assembly drawings
• Rigging, cable work, crane and helicopter operations as related to ski lift construction
• Structural concrete construction (rebar tying, form construction, bolt cage alignment, concrete pouring from a variety of methods: helicopter, boom/ line pump, conveyor, chute)
• Earthwork, excavation, surveying including alignment using offset hubs, as built measurements
Job requirements/ Qualifications: (We are willing to work with and train the right person)
• At least 5 years of lift construction experience OR more than 6 years Lift Maintenance experience with previous construction experience
• Previous supervisory experience
• Advanced knowledge of ski lift installation techniques, Ski lift regulations and Industry best practices
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid drivers license
• Ability to attain certifications related to lift construction

Skytrac, Inc. is seeking skilled construction employees to install ski lifts across U.S. Projects for summer 2021. (Jobs start typically in June and run through November.)

JOB SUMMARY
Duties may include general labor for lift demolition/ removal, foundation excavation, structural concrete, form construction, rebar tying, concrete pouring, steel installation, equipment operation, rigging, helicopter operations, general assembling and installation of ski lifts, tows and or Wyssen avalanche exploders equipment. Employees are expected to work well with others, follow direction, and assist the project manager in completion of the project. They should have 2 yr. experience in construction field or ski industry. Previous ski lift experience preferred. Must have a valid driver’s license. Must be willing to work long hours 10-hour days, 6-7 days a week. Must be willing to work in all weather conditions, high elevations up to 13,000’ and at heights of up to 80’. Skytrac Inc. is seeking an Electrical and Hydraulic Tension. This position will report to the Electrical Manager and will have the responsibility of building/wiring electrical and hydraulic systems.

JOB SUMMARY 

• Read, follow, and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics.
• Build and wire electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Install and test systems in the field.
• Field wiring, involves heights and travel.  Assist in system start up.
• We are willing to train people who may not be ready for all of the above tasks.
• Position has opportunity for advancement to include advanced troubleshooting, service work, PLC programming.
